BOOKING PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
BOOKING: For the Imagine with Me session a $150 non-refundable retainer is required to book and hold the date and time for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due before the session date.
PAYMENT: All payments will be paid via cash, check, or through www.natashasnyderphotography.com. If agreed to by Natasha Snyder Photography for client to pay by check, , checks must first clear and any un-cleared check will have an additional charge of $35 to cover bank fees plus remaining balance must be paid in full by cash or money order immediately. Please note, check must clear prior to reserving and booking your session date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the scheduled session date will forfeit the $150 retainer and it will serve as a cancellation fee. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the session time by calling 48 hours prior to the date of the scheduled session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
